Booking and payment
- In the table below, select the arrival date of your stay, room category and then click "Make a reservation" button. Then, fill in the next fields.
- The payment is made only in Belarusian rubles.
- Check all the information in the "booking form" and click "Continue." Then, enter the information about the customer and other guests.
- After confirmation of booking, you will be asked to pay for accommodation. The payment is made via the provider of electronic payments ASSIST using plastic cards Visa, MasterCard, BELCARD. You will be redirected to the server of the payment ASSIST that ensures the safety of payments. The online payment by credit card is completely confidential and safe. Your personal data and card details are entered not on our web site page, but on the authorization page of the payment system. The access to them is carried out by secure data transmission protocol (TLS) and the technology of Internet safety payments Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureSode.
- Payment is made in the amount of 100%. In case of successful payment, you will automatically receive the notification to your email. After making a payment using a bank card is necessary to store the received card receipts (confirmation of payment) to reconcile with an extract from the card account (in order to confirm the committed transactions in the event of a dispute).
- The payment by multiple transactions using one or several bank cards is prohibited.
- Please note that additional fees are not charged for transferring money from card account. The possible commission for the conversion from one currency to another, and for transactions in the card account should be specified in the bank in which the card account is opened.
- If for any reason you can not make payment right now, then you should cancel the order and use another form of booking on our website.
- If you have a question about the amount of payment or the correctness of filling in the fields, please ask your questions on tel. + 375172067781 before confirming the booking.
- After payment receiving, a voucher will be sent to your e-mail, which will be the guarantee of the booked room for you. If necessary, you will be requested to submit the payment receipt on the day of arrival.
- If the payment is not received within 3 days, your reservation will be removed from the system.

Public offer contract
This contract is a public offer. The Customer solely and directly enters into a contractual relationship with the Unitary Enterprise "Hotel complex "Orbita "(hereinafter Hotel) for making a reservation on terms presented on the site of the Hotel. The contract is concluded from the moment of booking by the Customer on the site of the Hotel. The Customer (hereinafter – the Guest), accepts the terms and conditions of this contract while making a reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes to this contract, and therefore, while producing a book and making a payment, the Guest takes the updated or modified contract, in force at the time of reservation.
Types of reservation and payment:
The non-guaranteed reservation offers to save the reservation until 19:00 pm of the day of arrival. Legal entities should submit the request on company letterhead signed by an authorized person and sent by fax +375172022658 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The guaranteed reservation saves the reservation for the entire period specified when booking is made within 24-hour period till 12.00 am.
Attention! In case of no-show or canceled reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the cost of 1 overnignt stay and will cancel the reservation.
The free booking cancellation is not applied to non-refundable tariff!

The individuals fill in the application form for online reservation through the Hotel’s website. The payment is made after filling in the obligatory fields of the application.

Terms of reservation cancellation:
By making the reservation at the Hotel, the Guest accepts and agrees to the procedure of cancellation, the terms applicable in case of Guest no-show.
Please, note that certain rates or special offers are not subject to cancellation and change and will be unrecoverable!
In case of reservation cancellations on the official website www.orbita-hotel.com the refund is made in a timely manner on the card with which the payment was made.
A penalty of 4% of the canceled order is charged for the cancellation (total or partial).
In case of late cancellation or no-show of the Guest, the Hotel has the right to apply penalties to the Guest under the terms (promotions and special offers) of the contract.
The hotel is not responsible for the cancellations made orally.
In the case of a refund, the actual transfer of funds to the bank card of the Guest can take up to 30 days, depending on the terms and conditions of interbank processing centers and banks involved in the transaction. Payments made by card will be refunded to the same card!
