The reservation department processes applications 08.00 till 20.00 every day.
Information about physical and legal persons, required for reservation:
- Name, surname;
- citizenship;
- period of residence (preferably please indicate check-in/check out time);
- room category;
- number of rooms;
- persons quantity;
- method of payment;
- contact phone/fax.
For legal persons:
Reservation application shall bear the company’s letterhead, with contact phone and fax number for confirmation containing a reservation number.
Please indicate all company particulars for companies that have chosen fully cashlessles settlement.
Official check-out hour, check-in
Check-in is at 13.00. Check out is till 12: 00. Check in or check out before/after the official check-out hour shall be paid additionally, in the amount of 50% of daily room rate. If using less than a day the payment shall amount to the payment of one day.
Rooms remain reserved till 21: 00 of the check-in day (unless other check-in time is not stipulated by the reservation application).
If a guest fails to check-in on the planned day and reservation is guaranteed, the hotel is authorized to deduct the payment in the amount of the cost of the first day.
To alter information in the application or t cancel reservation please refer to the reservation department with oral or written request.
In cases when the hotel has fulfilled all its duties but the application was not canceled prior than 24 hours before the planned check-in date, money for services that were not rendered in the amount of cost of the first day shall not be reimbursed.
Method of payment
For physical persons: cash settlement upon accommodation, credit cards (except for AmericanExpress).
For legal persons: cash settlements, cashless settlements (down payment 100%).
