Both individuals and entities can make a reservation of a room in “Orbita” Hotel. Today you can book a room by any means.
Applications for room reservation are accepted:

Applications for room reservation are processed daily from 8.00 till 20.00.
Information about individuals and entities required for reservation:
- name, surname
- citizenship
- period of residence (please, state your check in/check out time)
- room type
- number of rooms
- number of occupants in the room
- method of payment
- contact phone number/fax
For entities:
Application for room reservation is accepted on the company’s letterhead with the contact phone and fax number written on it for confirmation with the number of the reservation to be sent.
For the companies booking the hotel and willing to make a non-cash payment it is necessary to state company full details.
Planning to make a reservation of a room it’s necessary to take into account that there are check-out time and check-in rules.
Check-out time and check-in rules:
Check-in and check-out take place at 13.00 and 12.00, respectively. If check-in takes place earlier than 13.00 or check-out takes place after check-out time it is necessary to effect additional payment in the amount of 50% of daily room rate.
The room remains reserved till 21.00 of the check-in day, but it is possible to make a reservation at another time in case it is stipulated in the reservation application.
In case check-in didn’t take place on the date stated in the reservation application, the hotel has a right to deduct the sum in the amount of daily room rate. To check-in date or any other information you should notify reservation department of it beforehand.
If the reservation application hasn’t been canceled less that the day before the planned check-in time, the payment in the amount of daily room rate will not be reimbursed.
Methods of paying:
- for individuals: in cash at the time of check-in or by credit card (except American Express).
- for entities: cash or non-cash payment (for any method of payment a 100% advance payment is used).
